Protein Power Green Smoothie

A totally refreshing hot summer day drink filled with essential fatty acids & protein. The pineapple adds a sharp refreshing tone that increases the digestive juices & stimulates the absorption of all the goodies. Yummm!

Ingredients: Serves 2-4

  • 1 Banana
  • 4 Cups spinach
  • 1/2 Cup Pineapple
  • 1 Green Apple
  • 1 Tablespoons Chia Seeds
  • 1 Tablespoon Flaxseed
  • 1 Tablespoons Lemon Juice


  • Fill blender almost to the top with fresh spinach.
  • Add other ingredients except ice & blend well.
  • Add ice & blend until smooth.
  • Makes a large smoothie.
  • For ultimate goodnes please use fresh fruits only.
