Ingredients: Serves 2-4
- 1 Banana
- 4 Cups spinach
- 1/2 Cup Pineapple
- 1 Green Apple
- 1 Tablespoons Chia Seeds
- 1 Tablespoon Flaxseed
- 1 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
- Fill blender almost to the top with fresh spinach.
- Add other ingredients except ice & blend well.
- Add ice & blend until smooth.
- Makes a large smoothie.
