Seed from 1 papaya – scoop these out with a spoon leaving the sweet flesh to be added to your green crunchy salad.
1 cup soaked Cashews – for 20 minutes. Toss out the soaking water.
1 tablespoon organic apple cider vinegar
¼ cup raw honey – full of micro nutrients & enzymes. This assist in the digestive breakdown of the raw parts of this dressing.
1 tablespoon coconut oil – Medium chain fatty acids. Anti-bacterial&anti-fungal properties.
¼ teaspoon mustard powder.
1 teaspoon sea salt – this brings out the sweet flavour of the papaya seeds
Blend Vitamix until fully blended. Add to a crunchy fresh green leafy salad!! Yummmm!
