Why is Colon Hydrotherapy so important?

At “My Health Sanctuary” we believe that for optimum health, your colon must be functioning normally & regularly every day. Colon Hydrotherapy is an important, preventative treatment for you. It is a safe, natural, rejuvenating, clean & relaxing method of removing toxins, muco-protein build up & waste from your large intestine, without the use of drugs. Accumulated waste material from an improper diet or stressful lifestyle can produce toxins in your bowel which impact on the body’s natural ability to self heal. Why would I need to have Colon Hydrotherapy?

At “My Health Sanctuary” a gravity fed water system filters the water of harmful micro-organism & other damaging chemicals & pollutants. A gentle regulated flow of this warm purified water is instilled into your colon via insertion of a fine, sterile & disposable tube. Correct water flow is maintained & the temperature controlled for optimum results.

The water softens & loosens the content of your colon & the waste is expelled easily, comfortably & hygienically. Both wastes & water are discharged through the instruments completely closed system by means of a separate exit tube.

How many Colonics will I need?

You will maximize the benefit & potential for improved health by committing to a series of Colonics. As each person is unique & I will advise you after your first session as to how many treatments you will require.

Generally I recommend 3 to 6 Colonics within a 6 week period. 

Some clients feel full relief in 3 treatments, whereas others may require more than 6 treatments. After this a repeat of 2-3 sessions can be done every 3-6 months to maintain inner cleanliness, prevent health problems occurring & maintain a greater sense of well being!
