- 2 cups of baby spinach
- 1 kiwi fruit (peeled)
- Juice of ½ lemon
- ¾ cup fresh strawberries
- ¼- ½ cup of fresh pineapple
- 1-1 ½ cups of water or green coconut water
- Place the kiwi, strawberries, pineapple, lemon on top of the spinach & add the water to your blender.
- Blend until smooth and frothy.
