Green Kiwi-Strawberry Lemonade

The perfect hot weather drink or a refresher after a trip to the gym! Green coconuts are fab for rehydrating the body & rich in micro nutrients. Lemon juice always adds that pizzazz to this natural lemonade & the pineapple ensures your digestion is in tip top shape! Green baby spinach is full of iron & restocks the energy if you are a little low.

Folic acid rich strawberries means that this drink should really be taken during pregnancy or the night you decide to get the bun-in-the-oven!!

  • 2 cups of baby spinach
  • 1 kiwi fruit (peeled)
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • ¾ cup fresh strawberries
  • ¼- ½  cup of  fresh pineapple
  • 1-1 ½ cups of water or green coconut water


  1. Place the kiwi, strawberries, pineapple, lemon on top of the spinach & add the water to your blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and frothy.
