Fruit Salsa with Feijoa Blossoms

An absolutely delish colorful salsa that will swoon even the most ardent NON raw-foodie!!!
Wonderful next to a spicy curry (raw or otherwise) or simple salad meal with sour dough on the side!

A fine dice is the best for this salsa & please use fresh fruit! No tinned canned frozen varieties PLEASE!!

  • 1 cup pineapple, diced
  • 1 cup mango, diced
  • 1 cup blackberries, quartered
  • 1 cup kiwi, diced
  • 1 cup strawberry, diced
  • 1 /2 cup red onion, diced
  • Small handful of Feijoa blossoms
  • 1 tablespoon rosemary, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons raw honey or maple syrup
  1. Mix all ingredients together in your fav glass dish
  2. Chill and serve with your favorite raw crackers.
  3. Decorate with the Feijoa blossoms
