This smoothie is great for rehydration & is perfect on a hot day if you can digest soured dairy products! Use a whole milk organic pot set yogurt . The coconut milk is rich in electrolytes similar to human blood. The banana is filled with potassium & is fab for alkalising your body.
All round a truely yummy full bodied brekky!
- 1 large banana, peeled
- 1 large green apple, cored, peeled and chopped
- 1 cup spinach
- 2 tablespoons shaved coconut
- 1.5 cup coconut milk
- 1.5 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 cup ice
Put the coconut milk, yogurt, spinach, banana, apple, coconut, and ice in a blender. Blend until smooth.
