Cacao Almond Green Smoothie

Cacao is an amazing super foods eaten by the Aztecs & said to empower their people with great vigor & clear thinking. This smoothie is great after a work out as it is filled with protein & good quality long chain carbohydrates that will slowly re stock your reserves after exercise.

Rich & creamy it is an ideal grab-&-go brekky that you can sip in the car in the traffic on your way to work, whilst listening to mediation music to calm & energize your way through your day!!


  • 2 handfuls of Spinach – rinsed with stems cut off
  • 2 Tablespoons almond butter (or other nut butter of your choice )
  • 2 small Bananas
  • 1.5 Cups almond milk ( or soy milk )
  • 1 tspn raw Cacao powder


Blend in a blender until all combined and smooth.
