Rich & creamy it is an ideal grab-&-go brekky that you can sip in the car in the traffic on your way to work, whilst listening to mediation music to calm & energize your way through your day!!
- 2 handfuls of Spinach – rinsed with stems cut off
- 2 Tablespoons almond butter (or other nut butter of your choice )
- 2 small Bananas
- 1.5 Cups almond milk ( or soy milk )
- 1 tspn raw Cacao powder
Blend in a blender until all combined and smooth.
